Hi all,
I am facing some problum for programing in SV8100.I have connected 6 co lines, and all are programed as VRS message in 25-02. Incoming call trunk setup-22-02-all trunks are assigned as VRS .after the setting incoming call are answered by vrs but not forwarding to voice mail after duty hours.It is keep on ringing at operator extension. i have programed a button as all call forward in operator extension. Before the setting all trunks was in DIL mode and all incoming calls ware forwarded to voice mail with all call FWD button. Now i want to keep the VRS as it is but while pressing the FWD button incoming calls should go to voice mail. How can i make the arrangement.

Hi,
I am using VRS for answering incoming calls with customize message and caller can reach desired extension number what they are dialing.

Why not simply use the auto attendant? What is the application you are trying to achieve?

If you are using VRS without VM8000 or UM8000 voice mail systems you have no mailboxes to forward to

Hello Sir, I required to achive 3 things. (1) automatic answer for incoming calls with customized message (2) single digit dialing to departments (3) After duty hours all calls to operator should go to inmail I have already loded inmail LIC in SV8100. Thanks [email protected]

Use InMails routing boxes for customized messages, why use VRS?

Use InMails routing boxes for customized messages, why use VRS? Cost usually . InMail ports cost about 150% more than VRS ports in my part of the world and I suspect the same ratio in the US.. I usually try to talk people out of using the VRS for a front end AA but when they see the $$ they go with VRS if they want more that 2 ports..

Per his last post he has InMail so I don't see why he is trying to use VRS
