Allworx 6x - Incoming SIP calls go to an extension first, then transfer to the auto attendant. It works fine, the extension rings the correct amount of times then the call is transferred to the auto attendant - but the caller on the other end just hears silence unitl the auto attendant answers - no ringback tones. I tried making the extension go to a call queue, and then having that call queue go to the auto attendant - that works as well, and if I set the call queue to play prompts, the caller hears "All agents are busy, you are the 1st caller in the queue" and then it transfers to the auto attendant as expected - but when I set it to not play the prompts, and caller is supposed to hear ringback, they just hear silence. Any help is appreciated.

Questions:
1. What is your location and are you an end user, tech, or IT admin? 2. What is the software level of the 6x? 3. How long has the 6x been up & running? Is this a new install? 4. Are you using a virtual extension for the SIPs?? 5. Is it just happening with this one extension? 6. When the call is answered by the extension--can audio be heard by both parties? Or is it "just silence" also? 7. Just curious...Why are you having the call ring the extension, then go to the AA--why not go to VM box?
Anyway---those are for starters....
