We have a client that we made single digit routing changes to in the AppGen. It works great for the single digit routing but now you cannot dial any extensions from auto attendant. When you enter the three digit extension you simply get put on hold and then transferred to the operator. The extensions are in the 300 series and we did not use the digit 3 for any single digit routing. Any ideas?

Blelisa If you would like to send me the APG and GDB files I will look at them and see if I can find the issue. My guess is you removed the auto attend transfer.
