Hello,
I inherited an Inter-Tel system that uses Model 8520 handsets (endpoints). The Admin phones (with the large LCD screen and buttons) seem to have a button programmed to send an incoming call directly to voicemail. I can't seem to find the feature code or a way to program this into a normal non-admin handset so that regular users can send incoming calls directly to VM also.
Can someone point me in the right direction? Perhaps my search terms are wrong (not a phone guy).
Thanks!
EDIT: Things I've tried: Looking up feature codes from DB Studio (can't find one that seems to be it), tried pressing Forward and sending to same extension (creates a loop instead of hitting vm box), pressing DND when call is incoming, pressing the VM or MSG buttons, Transfer button (same as Forward).

Its a button that is on the LCD portion of the phone... and the text just says "Send to Voice Mail"... it only shows when the phone is ringing. Hoping it's not an Admin-Phone-Only thing...

The executive phone has interactive soft keys. Send to vm is only available on executive phones.
