Has anyone run across the issue with Sonicwall firewalls (or really any make/model firewall) where IP calls are disconnected exactly at 15 minutes. A customer has two sites with a TDE200 at one site and a TDE100 at the other site. They are connected using a site-to-site VPN and the virtual IP-gateway card. For some reason, as soon as a call from one site to the other over the VPN reaches 15 minutes it is disconnected. The VPN is not dropping as other calls continue at the same time. There must be some setting in the firewall that is causing this. Any ideas where I can look? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like a UDP timeout. Try Firewall Settings -> Advanced, scroll to the bottom.

You could also try messing with the H.323 settings (or SIP since I don't know what the Panasonic systems use).

Have you checked group > trunk group > tkg settings and see what the is programmed under CO-CO time duration and ext- co duration time for the IP trunk group? Set both to none if they aren't already.

Thanks for the idea but the CO-CO and EXT-CO duration timers were already set to none. Plus when the PBX causes the disconnect it typically will beep to alert you that you are almost out of time. The customer has confirmed there is no beep before the disconnect.
