Hi guys, we have two SV8100, one installed in head-office(Australia) and the other one is in branch-office (Singapore). Both are connected via VPN. We can call extensions in both ways from HO to Branch and vice versa without any issue.

Our problem is we need to call the local DID number in our Branch from HO and vice versa. Let say i will dial 6225@@@@ local Singapore number from Australia and it should automatically forward me to our Branch SV8100 in Singapore. Same thing if we want to call from Singapore to Australia local number.

By the way we have 2 "K-CCIS over IP" licenses in HO and we have another 2 licenses installed on our branch office. Can I use this same licenses for calling local DID number between the two countries. And if Yes can anyone could guide me please on how to do this.. Thanks.

maybe try setting up virtual extensions in each site , then in F Route tables if such and such from Australia dials virtual of 3XX, this dials the Singapore site, then this is call forwarded in 24-09 to offsite locally ?

I have never tried that myself but might be the way to go? of course you would be using whatever countries lines and call charges done this way.

Thank you for the reply. I am trying to do the F-route under the following:
Programming: 44-02-02 (column 2)
Dial Digits: 622262@@ (Example of Singapore local number)
Service Type: F-Route

Programming: 44-05
44-05-01: 11 (column 2) -trunk group
44-05-09: 8 (column 2) - maximum digit to dial
44-05-10: 2

I don't know where to put the additional digit to access the Trunk in Singapore. They Dial 9 to get outside line.

I am stuck on this until here...

In PRG 26.03 at your AU end you need to enter D019RE and in Singapore PRG 20-14-02 set to ON for Tandem to CO..
That should allow dial thru to the Singapore PSTN barring ant ARS issues at their end..

Edit . At the AU end in PRG 44.05.08 enter 1 in the appropriate route table pointing to 26.03 in the AU end..

Hi Bully, I try what you've said. I create a virtual extension on SG office (11-04) 7XX and I forward this to a fixed local landline in SG with a 9 in front for trunk access. (24-09) 9+six digit local number.
and it works. Thank you.

My question is, is there a way that i can do not a fixed number like if i dial certain virtual number it will forward me to trunk access (9) which i can dial the local number in SG.

Hi Paulw, I follow your advice and have issue with the AU line. I think because of the ARS I revert it back to the original but Im pretty sure the configuration you've given will work. I will just add the more config on PRG 26-02. I will let you know once I configure everything and test. Thank you.

One thing. If you going to this from Singapore to AU you will have to do similar entries that way as well changing the D019RE to D010RE if you use your normal dial 0 for trunk access.
