I'm installing a new Axxess 128 with EM. I tried to fire up the EM, but it would always get to the DB Manager component and fail. The Axxess is at 9.114 and the EM is 1.0.38.8. so all the latest service packs are installed. I tried to uninstall/reinstall EM and now when I start EM none of the components install.
Any thoughts???

Is there connectivity between the Axxess and the EM? They must both reside on the same network (a separate LAN connecting the two devices) in order to "talk" to one another.

All LED's in the field cofig. utility are green so I believe there is connectivity

Update...I had to reimage the hard drive(loaded win 2000)and then reloaded the EM application. Now all my components launch except DB Manager. It still fails. In the config. utility under DB Mngr. choice, I have DB Mngr. for Axxess 9.10 Production selected. Is there supposed to be a choice for 9.11 production since my cpc is 9.114?

Yes. You need to have a 9.11 choice in the FCU screen. If you don't, go to the Inter-Tel website and download it. It's only 1MB or so, and installs the compatibility code you need.
