Customer has Outlook '03, the client software version is 2.365b, the enterprise messaging is at 9.110. Customer gets e-mails of their voice mail messages that show "no audio data". They close it, reopen, now they get the audio. Inter-tels answer page has one answer for this but the customer tells me that fix is already in place.
I'd appreciatte any advice. It's not exactly my problem but I'm trying to help.
