I want help if possible on how I can set a bank of extensions, that when the person being called is put on hold they hear the music on hold source we define? At present all they hear is "bleep bleep".

I assume you already have an analog audio source connected into the CPC or whatever other CPU you have installed in the KSU?

Hold audio selection is controlled by station.

System->Devices->Stations->XXXX->Audio for Calls Holding for this Device = Board.

It is easiest to setup from the start, with the first/master/clone station set to this, and then duplicate them out with all their flags and settings (ie. outbound trunk, ssytem forwarding, etc). But if everything is already set, then you'll just have to go through each and set the Audio source for each extension.
