Samsung OfficeServ 7400 system. Have a station that forwards any external/outside incoming call immediately to voicemail. Internal calls are OK and ring. Have tried clearing Call Forwarding by using 600 at the station. Have also tried 400 thinking that maybe DND was set. Not a telephony guru but I cannot find any other setting/option in OfficeServ Installation Tool that is causing this. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what may be causing this and how to disable it? FYI... this station is a member of a Customer Service call group. Many thanks in advance!
