I have a customer with an SV8500 that a handful of extensions are losing their B/NA forwarding to voicemail every few days. Any ideas?

This usually turns out to be user error. Find out what your CF set and cancel codes are. If they are constantly getting cancelled, then set the forwarding for them, then delete the cancel codes or set a SFC (feature class that restricts CF setting by the user).

They is a feature in the SV8500 that allows the system diagnostics to run based on settings of system data. It also allows the system to do data mem save for features activated like Call Forward. Check if the data is enabled to do system changeover everynight
