Got one I can't figure out.

A 2400 that was migrated to 8500, here's what's going on:

Two stations that are in the same room have the same issue, the HOLD and TRANSFER buttons are flipped on both the phones. I have no doubt the end users did something to make this happen since the phones are sitting side by side.

I've checked ADKS, AKYD and a the COS and SFC of the phones is the same as all the others.

I tried deleting the phones and rebuilding them on the same ports, same issue exists.

I have not tried moving them to another port, because I'd like to figure out what's going on.

Any ideas?

Thanks!!!
D

I would move to another port that works .
If issue follows phone, it's a phone issue.

If not it's a port issue.
