Does anyone know how this is done. I have followed the directions in the pdf document but when I enter 72 to try to dial the number code for setting ip address up nothing happens. My mailbox is set to be the INTER in admin.

You are way off on what needs to be done. I would suggest contacting a local tech.

You program this in the UX5000 itself, not in th voicemail admin.
It sounds like you are trying to set the IP address of the UX Mail blade.
Go to program 10-55 in WebPro or phone terminal programming, and you will find what you a looking for there..........
Of all the UX5000s I have out there (and there are many) I only have one that uses UXMail rather than Intramail, so when I work on it I always have to scratch my head a few times to remember how it porgrams......
