How do you Register a TeleWorker Server?
I'm the In-House admin of our Mitel Phone System. Last week the teleworker Server crashed. We have a cold spare, an identical mirror image of the server on a second computer. When we swapped it over and put it On Line; On the Admin Screen under Service Link / Status I get the message "Warning: The last 3 registration attempts failed.
I'm thinking maybe I should be clicking on the "SYNC" link in the lower left hand side of the screen and entering the "Service Account ID" ?
Is Mitel using the MAC Address of the box to identify the server? Thanks in advance for your advice.

You need to get your Mitel Dealer to: A. Supply you with the Application Record ID. B. Go to MOL, and clear the existing hardware ID.

Thanks Fifty5, I knew someone would have the answer.
One quick follow-up.
Is the 7 digit "Service Account ID" the same as the "Application Record ID" ?
