i swapped an sbx system with a nortel 824. she had a headset on the nortel and is using it on the sbx. it works but she has to lift the headset to use it. on the sts i could set it to use the speaker button to activate the headset but i dont see any program on the sbx to do this. is it possible. thanks dave

Sure, you can do that. It's covered in the phone user guide. Page 2-14 of the 3.5 guide.

i just checked my user guide but it must be an older one. i did find something on page 1-45. thanks for the direction.

speaking of Headsets...I installed one a few months ago, and now, they are saying when they call the ext, it doesn't ring? should they get a notification in the ear piece?
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..
