I have a customer who has a KX-TD1232 that has a non-default password and nobody know what it is. Previous vendor is no longer in business. Is there a way to reset without reprogramming?

if above rev 6, then no. you may have to default

There should be a sticker on the bottom of the Ksu with a number in a circle
