I know this has been gone over and over again, but I can not locate it in here. I am having trouble with the hook switches on the sets. I know this has been an ongoing issue with the earlier releases of these phones, I just assumed that something had been done to alleviate the problem, and we have been returning the phones for replacement. I remember seeing in a post where one of you guys have been using silicone or something to fix them rather than sending them back. I was wondering what to use and the procedure? I don't want to void the warranty on a brand new set. Thanks!

I use a high grade electronics lubricant (silicone) and spray it around the hookswitch, working it a few times until the button comes up off hook with no hesitation.
