We have recently been accepted as an Avaya BP. I took an implementation course 4 months ago through another BP and recently purchased a demo from them. It is an IP500 V2 9.0.0.0 Build 829 and I am running Manager 9.0.4.0 Build 965. As I was familiarizing myself with programming and changing configurations I might have accidentally changed the mode when I was trying to set up voicemail. Phones displayed the message "no license available". I tried several things including changing mode and creating an offline configuration in basic mode. I was instructed to uncheck default to standard and then erase configuration which I did and did not resolve the issue. I then did a reboot. Now all phones are dead with no lights or displays and red lights are on the control unit ports. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? Thanks.

If your a ABP your distributer would be the best for tecxh support.
To your question, default the system and start over.

Check your licensing...look at SSA, it will show you errors.
