Is your carrier sending that information? Here in Australia, it's a chargeable extra to the basic service so not everyone pays for it.

The carriers here do send ID at no cost and it shows when dialing to cellphones. please assist.

Yes its ON. Extension to extension and even over SPNet CLI works OK but when receiving from public operators CLI is failing. One operator is stating that they do operate on R2 signalling.

By digital trunks, are you referring to pri or what kind exactly? What kind of system do you have?
