HI I had a request to change the ring tone on calls from others. How do I use option 1 or option 2. I was able to change between single, double or triple, but there dosent seem to be any tone in option 1 or option 2. Thanks for your help.

On the phone, press PROG and the button (intercom, single CO, ICD)
twice. Look at the display. You should be able to dial a number from 1-30 or use the navigator key. I tend to use 1,4 and 9 as they are actual ring tones. Press ENTER to save.
