We replaced an SBX with a Summit for the voicemail to email function. One user is complaining that when a call is transferred from anyone to her she cannot see the caller ID until she answers the phone. Anyone run into this? Thanks

Cid attributes 151 cid mode should be set to FSK
Stations Cli attributes pgm 113 CLI name display should be ON.
DID/DISA wait show 2nd PSTN Cli should be set to on as well.

We went to test this today. What is happening is you only get the number of the caller during the transfer. When the call is answered the name is also displayed. Is this normal on the Summit with the SBX sets? Maybe the 9030 phones will display the name and number during transfers. Anybody know? We are using analog trunks.

Its normal until you change an option. I had the same thing happen with Edge 700 phones until I made that change which I don't remember at the moment but I will find it and post here.


Okay, in pgm 113..set Cli name display on
also turn on Clip and colp display as well as Did Disa show 2nd PSTN cli.
