Our company has lost the 'cheat sheet' to our Axxess system-550.4400, and needs to change our company directory recording with extensions listed. We can't recall the admin mailbox. Is there a way to figure this out? Our extensions range from 101-199. Any help would be appreciated.

You'll need someone to get into database programming to find the admin mailbox. It could be anything up from 100 to 99999, and you would need to know the password as well.
