Our system is setup with CO2 being the rollover line for CO1. Could you point me to the manual section that allows CO2 to ring for 10 seconds or so before being forwarded to the flash voicemail? We use auto-attendand if that makes a difference. A power outage reset our system and the backup I had must have been before this feature was programmed.

Thanks, Aaron

Knowing what system I am using would help! I have the Vodavi STSe with flash voicemail card.

Flash 40 programming page B sets the preset destination and vmid box number, page c sets the preset fwd timer. I don't remember what button numbers but you won't hurt anything by hunting for them!

I had checked flash 40 page c and the day/night/special were set to the default 10 seconds. When the station is busy with CO1, CO2 goes directly to VM without ringing the station. I looked at flash 40 page b. Should the preset forward day destination be set to 440 since that is our voicemail group? Right now it is #### which I assume is blank. Auto-attendant routing and station's voicemail works so I would not think I need to change this.

I changed the preset forward day destination to 440 even though going to voicemail is not the problem. I checked all co lines (flash 40) and the station (flash 50) settings for preset fwd day timer. All had the default 10 second delay. The problem still is if station 100 is busy on co1, co2 goes directly to station 100 voicemail instead of ringing the station.

In Flash 50, for extension 100, what is the current setting for C4? Day External Busy/DND Forward.

440 which is our voicemail group. Should that be blank so that station will ring?

I went ahead and nuked 440 and station 100 rings when busy on another co line. Thank you nfcphoneman! That was the one setting I could not seem to find after restoring an old db backup.
