I have a customer with an STSe in skin flash vm that periodically tells the caller that the VM is full and they cannot leave a message. When checked it shows that there is a lot of memory available and other callers are able to leave messages. Checking mailboxes shows minimal messages in the boxes. Any ideas?

Is the class of service the same for this box as the others? Number of messages the same? If it is then I would reset the card.

They reset the whole system and I have reset the card. Had them do that 2 days ago when it happened again. Seems to be fine for a while and then they get complaints about this. All the boxes are the same COS and all.
