IDCS 500 with svmi8e. I have a couple stations that when pressing the VMMSG button that ring the operator. All the other stations work fine. The indicator blinks when there are messagess and I can dial the Voice mail Group to access the messages, and the mailbox.

All stations are in the same COS. 5129 is the Voicemail Group it is the only group type set up as Bi-VMS. I can dial 5129 from the stations that don't work and the "Enter your Password" prompt comes up. I can individually dial all the Members in 5129. and the "Enter you Password" prompt comes up. When I check the port activity in the SVmi I cant see any activity when pressing the vmmsg button. So it doesn't look like it is any setting in the Svmi programming. I also have double checked that the station key is correctly programmed. Any one have any other ideas of what can be causing this. Thanks

Yes there is a mailbox. Messages come in fine, and I can check them by dialing 5129 right from the affected station. VT to the extension works fine

Not having a mailbox would probably send it to the main greeting not the Operator group.
Have you deleted the VMMSG key and add it back?
Is there anything common to the stations that don't work different cabinet?

Just tried deleting the button and adding it back. Still rings operator group. Only a one cabinet system with 2 16DLI cards. The stations that don't work are on the 1st DLI card, but stations that work properly are also on that card.

Go to Port Activity in the VM. It will show you what is happening.

Port activity doesn't show anything so it doesn't seem like it is ever getting to the voicemail card. I have not tried deleting the mailbox yet i will try later today
