I have a customer with a Axxess 5.1 with a embedded voice mail 7.1. When they came into work and tried to acess voice mail 2500 and 2501 is unpluged with a minor alarm. I tried to reboot VM the VM did not come up. I think the VM is done. Can anyone tell me another way to get the VM up. By the way the axxess system did not lose any programming.

did you hook up a monitor/KB to see what the EVMC is doing? 5.1 will not work with a 7.1 voice mail so I am not sure what you have going there. Hook up a monitor and post where it is dying, that will be a start.
