Hello,

We have the Starplus STSe. Not sure how this happened but when we are on line 1 and a second call comes in, it goes straight to voicemail rather than turning over to ring on line 2, 3 or 4.

Do you have any guidance to correct? Thank you in advance.

Sounds like it's going to a voicemail provided by your dialtone provider. How do access the VM to retrieve your messages.

We dial #99 to access VM. A few days ago, we were attempting to use the flash or trans button to transfer a live call to another employee. I'm thinking in doing this somehow we messed up the incoming calls to the 2nd line. I've referred to the user manual and just can't seem to figure this out. Any guidance wouuld be greatly appreciated.

the problem is with the phone company that you get your phone lines from,for a call to go to a another line rather than voicemail or busy signal is done by them before the call ever reach's your equipment . Your equipment can't do this

Call them and explain the problem, there is nothing you can do on your end to correct this . Nothing you did caused it either .

They need to set up a hunt group to have calls ring your lines in sequence then go to Voice mail.
