I have a CTX 100 that I have programmed flex buttons on DKT2010sd. I programmed the top button for DND that worked. I programmed the third button in for speed dial and that worked. The second button down I programmed for Caller ID and when I press it nothing happens. When calls come in the Caller id shows them So I know the caller ID card is working and the system is receiving them. Just don't understand why the button isn't working.

There is a setting for how many calls the set will store. By default it is "0". Under the DKT tab (assuming you are using EManager) there is a Caller ID History setting. We usually set for 10 or 20.
If that doesn't solve it tell us a little about how the calls come in. ~ Mike

That did not seem to make any difference, I set all the stations to 20 history. I have plain CO lines coming in and DIT set to go to mutiple call group. I have the caller ID set as CLASS. Is there any other things that I might be missing.

When the calls come to a MCG the phones will not log data on those lines. The fix IIRC is to make one of the stations an owner of the CO line in the button programming of one of the stations. Then that particular station should collect data.

Station - Station Assignments - Key.
Select one phone. Double click the CO key or GCO key used for line appearance and make that phone the Owner PDN.
To be honest it has been awhile but from what I remember and cruising the tech forum at Toshiba, this will then allow Caller ID for calls to this number to be stored on this phone.
I KNOW it can be done and I have actually done it, just not in a while lol...

Just for clarification, when you answer a call, the caller ID is still not stored on that phone? Usually the caller ID should be stored only on the phone that answered the call.
