Working on a MICS w/ a 4 port Flash vm. Customer wants to transfer calls to a DN in service or sales from the auto-attendant but wants CFNA to go to the live operator, not voice mail.
All that I can find in the book is that the transfer call back directs the call back to the device that initiated the transfer, in this case the Flash. When live testing it goes to vm is a mailbox exists for the DN or if there is no mailbox it reverts back to the CCR tree greeting.
By any chance has anyone got a work around for this? Thanks in advance.

DN in service - example x252 Transfer call to x252. Up transfer callback to 6 rings. x252 CFNA to ext for live oper after 4 rings.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

I will give that a shot. I thought that when I tried it I had my ring counts out enough for that to work . . . but I will definitely try again. Thanks.
