Today i've got a few people telling me some numbers they try to dial don't work, the phone just hangs up after waiting a few seconds.

I've tested the same numbers from a few extensions and all just seem to time out and hang the phone up.

I tried a system reset but to no avail. Some numbers work, and some just don't. (I've verified with a cell phone that these number can accept calls so it is on our end).

I have 2 trunk groups, one tied to a PRI and the to analog lines, i've tried manually running off the analog lines by dialing 92001 getting a dial tone and then dialing, and it doesn't run it just hangs up.

My PRI and analog lines are from 2 different providers, so there isn't a common link there either.

Incoming calls are coming in, so i know it's not a problem with the lines. I tried dialing real slow too to see if it was a timer issue with tones, but that's not it either.

What is also strange is that the only phones effected seem to be cell phones, all land lines work but trying to dial a cell does not.

Any advise? Or does someone think it's something possibly to do with a trunk down or something and its' out of my control?

Try directly accessing the trunk by dialing it's specific extension number and once you hear the dialtone, try and make the call that way. If it goes through, I'm thining that you have something flaky in your ARS programming.
