Hi all, I have a customer where the Auto attendant only transfers to extension 11, as an example: outside caller hits the AA dials 12, 10,13 etc but every call just rings 11.
Any ideas?

Selector code 1 is set to transfer to Ext. 11. Change it back to Direct Extension Transfer so it will wait for an additional digit and then transfer to the desired extension.
Usually happens when someone goes to re-record the automated attendant greeting, as you have to navigate past setting selector codes before pressing 1 to record the message. Someone didn't actually listen to the prompts and messed it up.
