Hello Everyone I have a old axxess 5.1 with the in skin voice mail I have not worked on Inter-tel in a long time my customer needs there directory changed, can someone tell me how I can change the directory using the telephone programming.Can I still dail 2500 or 2501 to change directory though the phone. Tankyou

You can only change the custom recordings through the Admin mailbox. The Admin station keyset cannot make changes to the VM Applications. You will need DB Studio/Session Manager software.
