I am trying to use the Call by Extension to gather call data on specific extensions but when I run it on a known active extension I get nothing and even when I run it on all extensions I only get a handful of them. Is there a setting that needs to be modified on the individual sets that allows for this information to be gathered? I am running an AXXess phone system and using the Reporter application.

Filters are your greatest friend or worst enemy. Make sure your filter has only the information you want (i.e. the specific extensions on the General tab). Click through all of the tabs of the filter for some errant information. On the report itself, click on the Filter tab. Make sure you've selected the proper items on the lower half of that tab. (i.e. inbound, unanswered, external, etc)
