I was hoping someone could shed some light on a current situation I am faced with? I have a couple of CS5200's and an Axxess system that keep crashing. Or rather the AVDAP service or EM box itself keeps failing. One of the locations has the main # routed to an AA Application, which takes down the main line when the EM box has issues. I was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction to get some sort of monitoring solution put together. Hopefully one that can send out some type of alert (SMTP, text, Syslog...). I just would like to know of an outage before the users do so I can take the appropriate action.

Spoke with Mitel directly. Our sales rep had never heard of it, so he is checking with the engineers. Hopefully I get a call back today.

Any other ideas are welcome wink
