I just received word that Paul Hilliard, Target Distributing's Vertical/Vodavi support person has passed away. Prior to Target, Paul worked in Vodavi's technical support group for many years. He was flown out to one of our sites for a chronic issue with a new system installation about 20 years ago where we got to know each other well. Target's support is now being directed straight to Vertical after his loss. He will surely be missed as the industry has lost a very knowledgeable technician. R.I.P Paul.

i just hear that the other day he was great it just will not be the same without him. i sure did love when he answered the phone at vodavi and when he move to target it was a plus for all of us techs he sure new his stuff and he work with you till it work
great man going to miss him
