customer called A.A. not answering. Call does not answer main greeting transfers call to ext 100 without dialing any digits ?
On site main greeting is ok, ext 100 greeting is ok. timers etc ok. Did a reset on V.M. card. Now works as it is programmed.
Could this be a glitch or V.M. card going bad ?? Not any storm or power outage.
