I have a user/extension who's Voicemail Primary Personal Greeting has flipped to their Alternate (Holiday) Greeting, and nothing I've been able to think of has corrected it. Even going into DB Programming, which shows as Primary selected, and forcing it to Alternate or System Greeting does not have effect of change. No Matter which type I set it to, the Alternate Greeting is offered/played on access. The normal Primary Greeting is there, it just won't select.
Thoughts?
I'm trying to avoid deletion/re-creation as she has 21 saved messages.

If changing it via Session Manager and while logged into the mailbox doesn't help, you probably will have to delete and re-create the mailbox. I would change her Alternate Greeting to be like her Primary Greetings until she can go through her saved messages.

USER ERROR: She left her intended 'away - vacation' alternate greeting as her 'Name in Directory'.
