Hi there. I need to know how much our system is worth as if we were going to sell it. We're not so no offers please smile I just need an approx dollar amount and I have no idea what used Axxess systems cost.

Here's what I think matters.

1024 port Axxess system running 11.0 software.
CPS Server
Three cabinets – two are fiber connected
4 PRI cards
5 32 port IPRC cards
8 port analog card
16 port analog card
16 port digital card
Options card with 2 DSP (32 conf. circuits)
Enterprise voice mail, I believe there are 12 ports and 1500 hours
160 Cat A license
16 Cat B license
Licensed for OAI (3 ports?)
UCD/ACD/Record/Advanced CO
Call Router
Contact Center 4.0 (the 99 hunt group level?)
Three Reporter Pro / Realtime
Four Real Viewer
The thing that proxies the OAI connections
About 140 8622 IP sets
About 5 POE switches

What else matters?

Thanks to anyone who can help me!!

With such a glut of equipment out there its does not have the value you may think. A reseller would offer a couple of thousand. No more then that if you could get it.

I have a few Norstar systems that are basically worthless so I get it.

Anyone else have an opinion? I would think it would be higher than $2k.

To be clear, I'm looking for what an end-user would pay to buy that system, whether from another end-user or a reseller.

In today's market your not going to get what you think as hitechcomm mentioned. If your not selling it why the interest in what it's worth?

As Skip said use ebay or google the parts best way to get the current retail prices. Used phone systems are like computers. Within a few years they are hard to give away.

If you have another end user you should be able to sell it $xx-$xxx. This system refurbished w/ warranty and new processor v11.0- $xxx-$xxx. New $xxxx plus.

*No pricing in the open forums.

First, I apologize for skirting the forum rules. I knew that rule but I didn't think of my question as asking for pricing. I am asking for two reasons, one is to get a rough idea of fair market value for purposes of our lease. Two because our lease ends soon and we may be bundling that system together with some of our other infrastructure and trading it to another company and I need to be sure I know what I'm giving up in terms of it's monetary value.

Thank you jmarc, your answer was more inline with what I was thinking.
