I need ot program the buttons on this Coral EKT-321 phone I have in one of our offices. Anyone have experience with this? I have not been able to find a manual on them. Thanks in advance for the help!

I am only programming extensions and also a couple of auto-dial numbers. There are a few that I may need to make into hold line buttons.
Right now most of the phones have 4 lines programmed into them that are lines that calls that are on hold get put on. They are numbered 500, 501, 502, and 503.
I have several phones righ tnow that these work on. Is there a way to view the code on a button without changing it?
Thanks for all your help.

One more thing. What do I put if I need a pause. we have to dial "9" to get an outbound line, and then dial the number. So I need to program the button to dial 9, then a pause, then the number.
Thanks

Ok, trunks usually have the code 7100, 7101, 7102...you get the idea unless someone didn't put line apearences in 1a2 key emulation. The other possiblity is they used ring groups ala t1 for this and 500 might be code 126 00 500, 126 00 501...you get the idea. You wont need a pase..simply put 9+number under the key.
