I am having a very strange problem with my Partner ACS system R3. The R3 is in a 5-slot carrier with a 308EC.

The problem:

Extension #11 will ring twice then it will stop and extension #10 will ring until the voice mail for extension #10 picks up.

The first thing I thought of was that some how the Auto Attendant got enabled. I checked and it is disabled for every extension.

Any help you guys can provide is greatly appreciated.

Can you explain the problem in more detail?

Sure,

1) Some one from the out side calls our phone number and enters extension 11 as the extension he/she would like to talk to.
2) Extension 11's phone rings twice then stops
3) Extension 10's phone picks up ringing where extension 11's phone stopped, at the third ring
4) If extension 10 picks up the phone they will be talking to the person that entered 11 as the extension they wanted to talk to
5) If extension 10 does not pickup the phone the person that entered 11 as the extension that they wanted to talk to will be directed to the voice mail for extension 11.

It is like AA is on for extension 11 but I have checked it twice to make sure and it is not. I even check every extension and it is off on all of them.

Ext 11 is covered to Ext. 10, with a 2 ring delay.

Press Feature, dial 20 for call cover, dial 11 for Ext. 11 as the sender, dial 11 again for Ext. 11 as the receiver (11 to 11 will turn the feature off)
