I am trying to get the correct manual for my Definity, but I am not sure if it is a BCS, ECS, Prologix etc. It is the wall mount model with 10 universal slots. The Processor is TN2402 vintage 9 with the tone clock as TN2182B vintage 3. The software load is R013i.00.0.340.3. The Memory Configuration is G3csiV13.
When I go to Avayas website it asks for a release number. Where is that? Is it in the software load? I cannot find any information that breaks down what the software load means. Any help would be great.
