From what I have read, these two do not work well with each other  .
My boss handed me a phone asking me to try to get it up and running. I managed to get it to talk to the Firebox, but it does not connect. It hangs when it tries to check the network connectivity.
Can anyone walk me through the set up? I am new to voip and avaya so I really don't know what I am doing here  .

On a side note, disabling the connectivity check takes me to a screen that says

then it goes to a screen

Then to TFTP:4 192.xxx.xxx.xxx

Do I need some software to work the phone?
I've been checking the firebox, it says phase 1 completed, starts phase two but it stops after it receives the third message? Then it restarts
It also shows up on the authentication list, but I cannot ping to it.
