I am upgrading a IP500V1 to release 6.1. Delta server won't work I just learned. The client uses a 3rd party software. What is the difference between the output from the Delta server and the IPOffice SMDR option now that I will be using within Manager?
Is the client going to see it in different format that I need to advise this of.

Have you reviewed the documentation on this? They do a good job of spelling out the fields. Unlike Delta Server which puts call records into a file for you, SMDR requires some other third-party piece of software to capture the SMDR from IPO - unless your existing 3rd party software does this.
