In order to get the caller-id you will need the trunk groups to be PRI...that's how you will get the CWID. Since PRI is turned on in the switch and you have a processor interface card your pretty much good to go..once you get the T1's converted to PRI's...just some simple programming....

As far as being able to manipulate the outgoing caller-id you will be able to do that with "change isdn public" if you have pri trunk groups or your carrier can send only one number for you...
