I have another customer with a G3 V6 with 3 T1's installed as Super Trunks in 2 trunk groups, 1 for long distance (TN767E), and 2 for local calling (TN722B). ISDN PRI is turned on. There is a processor interface card installed as well, not sure of the model at this posting, I can get it if needed. My question is, what will it take to turn caller ID on for all calls? They want to see the numbers coming in, and they want to have 1 number show up on their outbound calls. This system is shared between a couple of different tenants, so theis needs to be able to show different main numbers based on who is calling out. Any ideas? Thanks again.

Note that most carriers/LECs don't offer Caller ID on T1. Only on PRI ISDN. Not that it won't work, they just don't offer it.

In order to get the caller-id you will need the trunk groups to be PRI...that's how you will get the CWID. Since PRI is turned on in the switch and you have a processor interface card your pretty much good to go..once you get the T1's converted to PRI's...just some simple programming....
As far as being able to manipulate the outgoing caller-id you will be able to do that with "change isdn public" if you have pri trunk groups or your carrier can send only one number for you...
