My company has a SX200 EL and associated voice mail system with about 80 extensions. We've used an outside provider to manage all aspects of the system, but I'm wondering how much self management of the system is possible (eg seting up voice mail boxes, reseting user passwords to voice mail, changing directory names, auto-attendant etc).
We have an in-house network administration department for other non-phone related support with a fairly high degree of ability.
Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks!

There are administrative programs that you can get as an end user, or use the same interdace as the dealer. The only catch is that you would need to be trained in the programming which you would probably have to get your dealer to do....
