Not wanting to sound too vague, but if one was to google "free mitel manuals", one could find a link thereby allowing them to download the SX200 ML PABX Lightware 16 Volume 1 manual. If one then read the feature "Attendant Calls Forwarded On No Answer" one could find answer.
