Hi,
I am a computer guy/wire dog. I have inherited the phone system at the org I work for and am able to do basic stuff with it. Recently , we need more lines so I purchased a card 9109-010-002SA and installed it. I went into the system form 1 and the card shows up where installed, bay2 slot 2 and shows as a ons line card for both programmed and installed. The card still has an alarm light though.
Can someone tell me what I am missing?
