This alarm indicates major failure of the bay, normally caused by a common control card (pretty much only the BCC), P/S, fiber transceivers at bay or LITE controller. When I was young, I was Liberal. As I aged and wised up, I became Conservative. Now that I'm old, I have settled on Curmudgeon.
