Asorb won't matter, it was for asorbing certain digits that would allow bypass of certain c.o. functions that no longer are used. Leave it empty. BUT, the 216/217 ARS is not capable of dealing with toll control any more, as mentioned above. I think you could allow 1888, 1877, 1866, 1800 and block ANYTHING else that started with the digit 1. That would allow use of credit card LD.
